Refund policy
We have a 365 night exchange policy, which means you have 365 nights after receiving your item to request an exchange .
To be eligible for an exchange , you must try your new mattress for 21 days. After 21 days you can exchange your mattress for up to 365 nights. You will receive 100% credit towards your new purchase. Exchanges are equal or great value only. Mattresses must be in like new condition to qualify for an exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Adjustable bed bases, Mattress protectors, pillows or sheets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
